At Natural Pure Beauty we want to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience, in a secure and safe manner.
It is for the following reasons that Natural Pure Beauty will only accept sealed and unused products to be eligible for any exchange or refund, as we want to guarantee that our products shipped to you are brand new and unused.
In order to obtain a refund/exchange please send us a picture of the sealed product to (customerservice@naturalpurebeauty.com). Along with the image please include the invoice number, reason(s)and receipt or proof of purchase for an exchange/refund.
Once we receive the product back, we will issue you a refund/exchange minus the shipping costs. Natural Pure Beauty will not be responsible for any shipping costs on any return /exchange products.
Natural pure beauty has a 30-day return policy, from the time of package arrival. If 30 days have gone by from when you received your package, we cannot offer a refund/exchange.
Along with the unused and sealed product in its original packaging we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be able to obtain an exchange/refund.
If your refund is missing or late, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and you have still not received your refund yet, please contact us at (customerservice@naturalpurebeauty.com)
